Real basis must be prepared to submit developed solutions for presidential review - Umerov on the next stage of talks
During today’s round of trilateral negotiations, both political and military blocs were active; some issues were clarified, while others remain under additional coordination, NSDC Secretary Rustem Umerov has said.
"Within the delegation, political and military blocs conducted their work. We discussed security parameters and mechanisms for implementing possible solutions. We managed to clarify some issues, while additional coordination continues for others. We are focused on working out the key provisions necessary to finalize the process. This is complex work that requires the agreement of all parties and time. There is progress, but no details for now," Umerov wrote on his Telegram channel on Wednesday.
According to him, the next stage is to reach the necessary level of consensus to submit the developed solutions for consideration by the presidents.
"Our task is to prepare a real, not formal, basis for this. Ukraine is working constructively. The ultimate goal remains unchanged—a just and lasting peace," Umerov noted.
