Ukraine and Denmark launching joint project to modernize one of Ukrainian Armed Forces' training centers – Fedorov
Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov reported a meeting with Danish Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen on the fourth anniversary of the full-scale war, during which a project to modernize a military training center was launched.
"Today, together with Denmark and the Come Back Alive Foundation, we are launching an infrastructure project to modernize one of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' training centers. Denmark is investing approximately EUR 33 million in training infrastructure, living and sanitary conditions, equipment, and drones for training. The Come Back Alive Foundation, which systematically invests in the education and training of military personnel, is the implementing partner," Fedorov wrote on Telegram on Tuesday.
According to him, the project involves a comprehensive infrastructure upgrade for one of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' training centers, which will improve the comfort and safety of service members undergoing training at the center.
"Our goal to achieve the war's goals is to transform the training system for Ukrainian military personnel. High-quality training means reducing losses and increasing efficiency. Modernizing the training center is one of the first steps toward this," Fedorov wrote.
