Nova Poshta to study experience of debut 26-parcel locker space in Kyiv residential complex Great for possible replication
Nova Poshta, Ukraine’s express delivery leader and part of the NOVA group, has opened the country’s first parcel locker space at the Great residential complex in the capital, which is currently operating in test mode, after which a decision may be made on replicating the format, the company said Wednesday.
The space includes 26 parcel lockers with 286 compartments and a total length of about 13 meters, while the previous largest was mega parcel locker No. 77777 at Kyiv’s Seven residential complex, which has 18 stacks, 188 compartments and a length of 7 meters.
"Parcel lockers are becoming an integral part of residential infrastructure, just like elevators or parking. Therefore, we have integrated a format new to Ukraine and plan to supplement the space with additional services, which we will announce later," the release quoted Artur Kudelin, director of Nova Poshta’s parcel locker department, as saying.
The Great residential complex in Kyiv is one of the city’s largest residential complexes with a "city within a city" concept.
As reported, Nova Poshta in 2025 increased the number of parcel lockers from 24,000 to 34,000 and became the leader in Europe by this indicator. This year the company plans to add nearly 6,000 parcel lockers; in January alone, 521 parcel lockers were opened.
The company in 2025 increased revenue by 21% compared with 2024 — to more than UAH 54 billion, while its profit totaled UAH 2.6 billion compared with UAH 2.5 billion a year earlier. The number of parcels and cargo delivered in 2025 grew 7.4% — from 486 million to 522 million, including international deliveries up 52.6%, from 19 million to 29 million.
As of early January 2026, the company’s network included more than 50,000 service points, among them 15,900 branches and 34,200 parcel lockers.
