Zelenskyy, Crown Prince of Kuwait discuss security challenges in Middle East, Gulf region

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a conversation with Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, during which he discussed security challenges in the Middle East and the Gulf region.

"His Highness informed in detail about the criminal attacks of the Iranian regime on Kuwait: there have already been hundreds of drones and ballistics. It is this instrument of terror that Iran transferred to Russia to kill Ukrainians, and it is our people who know how best to counteract this. We discussed how our experience can help protect lives in Kuwait. We agreed to hold appropriate consultations," he said on Telegram.

Zelenskyy thanked the sheikh for his words of support.
