Japan has donated new trucks to Kherson's utility companies, Head of the city military administration Roman Mrochko said.
"We received new Japanese equipment in accordance with the Grant Agreement for the Emergency Recovery Programme between the Japan International Cooperation Agency JICA and the Ukrainian government," Mrochko said in Telegram channel on Saturday.
He said Kherson is in great need of such equipment and thanked international partners for their help.
