The 13th Austrian Film Week festival opened in Kyiv with the support of the embassy
The grand opening of the annual Austrian Film Week festival, which includes the most striking and resonant Austrian films of recent years, took place at the Kyiv Zhovten cinema on April 10.
The first film to be shown within the framework of the festival, which is being held in Ukraine for the thirteenth time, was the film "Peacock" by director Bernhard Wenger.
The festival will run in Kyiv until April 15 inclusive. The film screening will also be held in Lviv from May 15 to 18 and in Chernivtsi from April 30 to May 4.
The festival is organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Austria in Ukraine together with the film company "Arthouse Traffic" with the support of the general partner Amic Energy.
