Head of Polish Embassy holds meeting with heads of NABU and SAPO
Chargé d’Affaires of the Republic of Poland in Ukraine Piotr Łukasiewicz met with the Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) Semen Kryvonos and Head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) Oleksandr Klymenko, the Polish Embassy in Kyiv reported.
According to the embassy, issues of cooperation between Polish and Ukrainian authorities in the field of combating corruption were discussed during the meeting.
"The Polish side noted the excellent cooperation between the anti-corruption agencies of both countries and congratulated NABU on the effectiveness of its work. It was noted that independent and effective anti-corruption agencies are the foundation of state reforms and Ukraine’s European future," the embassy said in a Facebook post on Thursday.
