The property belonging to former president of Motor Sich Viacheslav Bohuslayev and his business partner, director of the representative office in the Russian Federation Petr Kononenko, has been transferred to the management of the State Property Fund (SPF) of Ukraine.

"In accordance with the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court [HACC], sanctions have been applied to Viacheslav Bohuslayev and Petr Kononenko. The property belonging to them has been seized for state benefit and transferred to the management of the SPF," the press release of the Fund on Wednesday explains.

The report recalls that among the assets recovered for the benefit of the state, Bohuslayev's shares or 100% in: Zolota Astra LLC, Motor-Garant Insurance Company, Vinnytsia Aviation Plant LLC, MSB Helicopters LLC, JSC Motor-Bank JSC and PrJSC Azov Trade-XXI. All real estate and land plots located in Zaporizhia region were also recovered.

In Kononenko's case, we are talking about Zhekon LLC (23%), Perspektiva Vysokie Tekhnologii LLC (17%) and PrJSC Promzapal (19%).

In addition, Viacheslav Bohuslayev's money, placed in the accounts of JSC Motor-Bank in the amount of more than UAH 554 million and in JSC FUIB in the amount of UAH 79.5 million, were collected as state revenue.

"More than UAH 600 million equivalent is transferred to the Fund for Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression, of which UAH 287.3 million has already been transferred. The Fund continues to work with nationalized assets. The property of the occupiers, collaborators and enemies of Ukraine must work for the benefit of the country," chairman of the SPF Vitaliy Koval is quoted in the press release.

In the future, in relation to real estate collected as state income, the SPF will conduct asset monitoring, i.e. analysis of imposed arrests and their further removal, inventory (survey) with photo fixation, re-registration with the state in the name of the Fund, etc.

"Only after this, the SPF will make a decision on the economically sound management or sale of such assets," the message states.

As reported, on January 22, 2024, the Ministry of Justice filed a lawsuit at the High Anti-Corruption Court to recover 30 units of real estate and corporate rights in more than 10 legal entities in favor of the state from Bohuslayev and ex-director general of Borysfen-Avia LLC Petr Kononenko.
