Russian Kalibr missile carrier put on duty in Black Sea – AFU Navy

The Russian Navy has put on combat duty in the Black Sea a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles with a salvo of up to four missiles, at the same time there are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov, the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Friday morning.

"As of 06:30 on July 26, 2024, there is one enemy ship in the Black Sea, which is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to four missiles; there are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov; two enemy ships in the Mediterranean Sea, of which one is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 16 missiles," the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said on the Telegram channel.

According to the military, during the day, in the interests of the Russian Federation, the passage of the Kerch Strait was carried out: 10 ships entered the Black Sea, four of them continued to move towards the Bosphorus Strait; eight ships entered the Sea of Azov, and three of them moved from the Bosphorus Strait.
