Zelenskyy: We prepared for new Ramstein meeting
The Ukrainian side has made detailed preparations for the 24th meeting of the Ukraien Defense Contact Group, all agreements with partners require the fastest possible implementation, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
"The Ukrainian Defense Minister has now held a number of meetings in France, Britain, and Germany. We are constantly talking with our American partners. We greatly value our cooperation with Italy. We have already made detailed preparations for the new Ramstein meeting, which will take place soon. And everything we agree on with our partners requires the fastest possible implementation," Zelensky said in an evening video address on Thursday.
He said Russia does not have time to adapt to quick decisions, and then Ukraine achieves especially valuable results.
"This concerns the protection of our cities and communities from attacks, and support for our soldiers at the front, and the stability of our state, our people. And in general – the stability of the world, which wants to continue to live by the rules, by international law, and not depending on the madness of this or that 'Putin," the head of state said.
