The work on the Peace Formula will be completed by November of this year and presented at the second Peace Summit, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

"Since July, we have been working on the Peace Formula, and by November it will be fully ready with all the conditions for a just end to the war. This will be done at the second Peace Summit," Zelenskyy said during his speech at the Ukraine – Southeast Europe" summit in Dubrovnik (Croatia) on Wednesday.

He added that a key question is how to compel Russia to participate and implement the Peace Formula.

"Currently, Russia avoids honest and open diplomacy. That's why we in Ukraine have developed a plan of measures, aimed at correcting the current situation through the upcoming Peace Summit. This plan will ensure lasting stability and remove Russia's ability to continue threatening Europe," the president said.

Zelenskyy noted that the plan has already been presented in the United States, as the largest security donor, and that Ukraine is now sharing it with all partner countries to achieve its goals.
