Suspicion of illegal enrichment for over UAH 20 mln reported to Ukrainian MP
On October 16, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) reported notified suspicion of illegal enrichment to the incumbent Ukrainian Member of Parliament (MP).
"According to the investigation, in 2021-2022, she acquired assets in the amount of more than UAH 20 million. They were subsequently used to purchase a house in Odesa region, where the MP now resides. At the same time, her official income for this period and savings amounted to no more than UAH 2.7 million, which the suspect used for other purposes," NABU said on its website on Thursday.
SAPO noted in the Telegram channel that the suspicion was served on October 16.
Thus, the MP illegally enriched herself for more than UAH 20 million.
The name of the defendant is not called. According to the sources of the Interfax-Ukraine News Agency, it is about Iryna Kormushkina, formerly named Allakhverdiyeva (Servant of the People faction).
