Children's Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery Center to resume operations in renovated building by summer of 2025
The Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Children's Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery of the Ministry of Health intends to resume operations in the building renovated after the Russian missile attack by the summer of 2025.
As reported by the Ministry of Health, citing the director of the center, Illia Yemets, restoration work in the center began in October. Currently, 70% of the windows destroyed during the attack have already been restored.
The cost of the work is UAH 42 million.
The restoration is being carried out by the Ukrainian Red Cross team together with partners from the international Red Cross movement.
As reported, the building of the Children's Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery Center, located on the territory of the Okhmatdet Children's Hospital, was damaged during a Russian missile attack on July 8.
