On the night of Thursday, the Russian army carried out another massive attack with attack drones, the Ukrainian air defense forces neutralized more than 30 enemy drones on the approaches to Kyiv, Kyiv City Military Administration reports.

"As a result of the coordinated work of the air defense and other components of the defense forces in the airspace above Kyiv and on the approaches to the city, more than three dozen Russian UAVs were neutralized [the exact number and type of drones will be made public by the Air Force]," the report says.

The Administration reported that enemy drones approached Kyiv both individually and in groups. In particular, the attack occurred in waves, in different directions. UAVs approached at different altitudes - both very low and significant. The air raid alert in the city lasted eight hours.

"As a result of the attack by Russian attack drones, debris fell in six districts of the city. Residential and non-residential buildings were damaged. Fires broke out, which were quickly extinguished. As of today, two victims are known, their lives are not in danger," the report said.

There is currently no air raid alert in Kyiv. But there are still drones in Ukrainian airspace that can move towards Kyiv, the Administration concluded.
