Internal plan of ten points to be presented next week
Ten points of the Internal Plan, in particular, on energy, security and cultural sovereignty, will be presented next week, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said.
"Ten points that will be presented next week. And we, together with the Ukrainian civil society, together with all those who are ready to suggest rational ideas and with business, we will draw up in fact a basic doctrinal document for Ukraine, for our resilience. With clear provisions. Step by step. On how we will use our internal capabilities for the sake of our Ukrainian victory," he said in a video address on Thursday evening.
According to the head of state, several points of the internal plan were considered today. In particular, cultural sovereignty – everything "related to cultural heritage of Ukraine, and modern culture, and cultural diplomacy." He noted that culture is an element of building Ukraine's relations with the global world as there are things "that neither politicians, nor public activists, no media landscape" are able to convey to the others, white the arts can do this.
In addition, a point of the Internal Plan on security in each region and community of Ukraine was considered today.
"The Interior Ministry and the Security Service of Ukraine have good developments. We will implement all of them," Zelenskyy said.
He also noted that the items on energy and weapons, including production and cooperation with partners, were also studied today.
