Cabinet postpones conclusion of defense contracts under non-competitive procedure according to NATO standards after war
The Government of Ukraine has postponed the deadline for bringing conclusion of defense contracts under non-competitive procedure in line with NATO standards till the end or cancellation of martial law.
According to Cabinet of Ministers order No. 1187 of November 29, published on the government portal, the corresponding changes have been made to the action plan for deregulating economic activity and improving the business climate.
If until recently, paragraph 84 of this plan assumed bringing the process for concluding defense contracts under non-competitive procedure in line with NATO standards in the third quarter of this year, now its implementation is scheduled "within three months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law."
