Almost 5 million Ukrainians have applied for the Winter eSupport program, and Ukrposhta has joined the program today, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

"The Prime Minister reported today. Almost 5 million Ukrainians have already applied for the winter eSupport payment. And today Ukrposhta joined the program: this will be more than 2 million people who receive pensions and social payments through Ukrposhta, these people will also receive a payment of UAH 1,000," Zelenskyy said in an evening video address on Wednesday.

He also said that today they discussed work with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

"The partners have approved investments – the amount is EUR 1.003 billion; these are funds for infrastructure, logistics, in particular energy. We are grateful to the partners," Zelenskyy said.

In addition, the president coordinated work with the government for December, especially work with frontline regions – everything related to the heating season, finances, energy, security issues.
