General Staff: 205 combat clashes recorded on front per day, most of all in Pokrovsk axis
In total, 205 combat clashes were recorded on the fronts of the Russian-Ukrainian war over the past day, according to operational information on the Russian invasion as of 08.00 Saturday, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said on Facebook.
The most difficult situation was in Pokrovsk axis in Donetsk region, where Ukrainian defenders stopped 62 offensive actions of the aggressor.
In Vremivka axis, the enemy carried out 35 assaults on Ukrainian positions over the past day, in Kurakhove axis some 27, the enemy attacked 24 times in Lyman axis, once in Siversk axis, in Kramatorsk axis the occupiers attacked six times in the areas of Chasiv Yar and Stupochky. The enemy carried out ten attacks in Toretsk axis, mainly in Toretsk area.
In Kharkiv axis, the enemy attacked once in Vovchansk area. In Kupiansk axis, ten attacks by the occupiers occurred in 24 hours.
In Dnipro axis, Ukrainian forces repelled four enemy attacks, the enemy had no success.
In Kursk axis, over the past 24 hours, some 22 combat clashes occurred, the enemy carried out 13 air strikes with 19 guided bombs and carried out 399 artillery shellings.
In Huliay-Pole and Orikhiv axes, the enemy did not conduct active operations in the past 24 hours. In Volyn and Polissia axes, no signs of the formation of offensive enemy groups were detected.
