Azerbaijani aviation authorities suspend flights of all airlines from Baku to 10 Russian cities
The Azerbaijani aviation authorities have decided to suspend flights from Baku to ten Russian cities, Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) said in a statement.
The State Civil Aviation Authority of Azerbaijan suspends flights from Baku to the following Russian cities – Mineralnye Vody, Sochi, Volgograd, Ufa, Samara, Saratov, Nizhny Novgorod and Vladikavkaz – from December 28, the statement said.
Restrictions on flights to Grozny and Makhachkala were imposed on December 25, it said.
The restrictions apply to flights operated by all airlines, the statement said.
