President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has held a conversation with Commander of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mykola Oleschuk, and instructed him to clarify the situation with transfers to the public, as well as not to reduce the number of specialists needed to carry out combat missions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“A separate conversation with the Commander of the Air Force. Today, there was a lot of information, outrage and discussion – regarding the transfers. I have instructed to clarify everything for the public and to ensure that the number of specialists needed by the Air Force to carry out combat missions – for our aviation, air defense, and mobile fire groups – is not reduced,” Zelenskyy said in his video address Tuesday evening.
The President also heard a report from the military on the situation at the front, the need for weapons and related supplies.
