Twenty-four enemy attacks repelled in Pokrovsk direction
The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to restrain the offensive of the Russian occupiers and are taking the necessary measures to prevent the enemy from advancing deep into Ukrainian territory, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on the Telegram channel on Tuesday.
In total, 55 military clashes were recorded on the front line as of 16:00.
The occupiers are attacking most actively in Pokrovsk direction: here the occupiers made 33 attempts to oust the Defense Forces from their positions, 24 enemy attacks were repelled, and nine clashes are still ongoing.
In Toretsk axis, the enemy attacked the positions of our troops five times, and three clashes are still ongoing.
Four assaults by the invaders were stopped in Kupyansk axis.
Since the beginning of the day, there have been four clashes in Lymany direction, of which one is still ongoing.
In Kramatorsk area, the Defense Forces are repelling three enemy attempts to advance while the fighting continues.
In Kursk axis, the invaders attacked the Ukrainian Defense Forces twice, in addition, the enemy launched 11 air strikes, dropping 17 bombs on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Single combat operations were noted in Dniprovsk, Novo-Pavlivsk, Siversk and Orikhove directions.
There were no significant changes in the situation in other areas.
