Fifty-seven out of 104 enemy drones shot down at night, 39 lost from location, with victims reported

On Monday night, Russian invaders attacked Ukraine with 104 Shahed-type unmanned aerial vehicles and various types of imitation drones, 57 of them were shot down, and 39 enemy imitation drones were lost without negative consequences, according to the Telegram channel of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"As of 09:00, it was confirmed that 57 Shahed-type attack UAVs and other types of drones were shot down in Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnytsky, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia and Ivano-Frankivsk regions," the report says.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
"As a result of the attack by Russian UAVs, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Ivano-Frankivsk and Kyiv regions were damaged. Infrastructure facilities, apartment buildings and private houses were affected. According to preliminary estimates, victims are provided with assistance without casualties. Special services are eliminating the consequences of an enemy attack," the message says.
The number of victims is not specified.
