Kiper noted that local emergency power outages are also in effect in part of Odesa region due to the Russian attack. Critical infrastructure is running on generators.
And in Kyivsky district of Odesa, heat supply to some consumers has been suspended. Points of invincibility have been opened.
As reported, the Russian Federation carried out a massive strike on Odesa on Wednesday night, as a result of which the city has no electricity, water or heating in most houses.
