Ukraine cannot discuss territorial losses, said the country's Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.

"We are not discussing and cannot discuss territorial losses of Ukraine. We can talk about a peace plan that will include some step-by-step activities," Shmyhal said at a press conference on Tuesday.
