Foreign delegations to OSCE at special meeting strongly condemn Russian missile attack on Kryvyi Rih

At the initiative of Ukraine, a special meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council was convened on Tuesday, April 8, in response to the terrorist act committed by Russia in Kryvyi Rih on April 4, 2025.
"Foreign delegations to the OSCE strongly condemned the Russian missile attack, which took 20 lives, including nine innocent children, and honored their memory with a minute of silence," the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the International Organizations in Vienna reported.
The mission noted that Ukraine is grateful for the strong support and solidarity in these difficult times.
"The readiness of the international community to stand side by side with Ukraine in the fight against Russian invaders is important for defending our sovereignty and achieving a just peace," the message says.
On March 7, the representative of Ukraine to the OSCE and other international organizations in Vienna announced that, at the initiative of Ukraine, the OSCE would hold an extraordinary meeting in connection with the Russian ballistic strike on Kryvyi Rih.
Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha also reported that Ukraine initiated an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council following the Russian attack on Kryvyi Rih.
