The Russian Federation's strikes on Ukrainian cities are deliberate strikes against civilians, and such terror must be stopped, notes head of the President’s Office of Ukraine Andriy Yermak.
"Odesa, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, Sumy and other cities where Russia is striking civilians. The strikes are deliberate, the enemy is carrying them out even during the day. This is terror for the sake of terror, which must be stopped," Yermak wrote on Telegram on Tuesday.
