Meeting of Foreign and Defense Ministers of Ukraine, UK begin in London
Minister of Foreign Affairs Andriy Sybiha and Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov began a meeting in London with their British counterparts David Lammy and John Healy.
“Arrived in London together with Head of the President’s Office Andriy Yermak and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov for a day of meetings with our partners as we work to achieve a fair and lasting peace for Ukraine and all of Europe. Our first meeting in London is between ministers of foreign affairs and defense together with Rustem Umerov, David Lammy, and John Healey,” Sybiha wrote on the social network X.
The minister expressed gratitude to the UK for its leadership and support. According to Sybiha, the parties will discuss ways to strengthen Ukraine and ensure long-term peace and security.
