Delegations arrive at Dolmabahce Palace

Delegations are arriving at the presidential office near the Dolmabahce Palace in Istanbul, an Interfax-Ukraine agency correspondent has reported.

The gates of the Dolmabahce Palace are being opened for the delegation to enter.

The first delegation arrived twenty minutes ago. There is no information yet about which countries' delegations are arriving.
