Volunteers of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society rapid response units, together with rescuers, are participating in the elimination of the consequences of the nightly Russian massive missile and UAV attack on Ukraine.

"Zhytomyr. Volunteers of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society rapid response unit in Zhytomyr region provided first aid to the victims... The wounded woman was evacuated to the ambulance crew. Volunteers also helped rescuers unblock bodies from under the rubble," the Ukrainian Red Cross Society reported on Facebook on Sunday.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, three children died as a result of the Russian shelling in Zhytomyr, and 12 more people were injured.

"Kyiv region. In the Fastiv district, the Ukrainian Red Cross Society rapid response team in Kyiv region is working at the site of the shelling. Volunteers, together with rescuers, have conducted a tour of the houses and the surrounding area to identify the victims, and are also participating in the unblocking of bodies from under the rubble. Two crews of volunteers have been involved in the response," the URCS noted.

According to the State Emergency Service in Kyiv region, four people have died, and 16 have been injured, including three children. Emergency rescue operations are ongoing.

In Mykolaiv, volunteers from the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) rapid response unit in Mykolaiv region worked at the scene of a residential building hit. During the rescue operations, they provided first aid to 10 people. Volunteers handed over two seriously injured victims to ambulance doctors. First psychological aid was provided to over 30 victims. Volunteers, together with rescuers, evacuated over 200 people from the building and unblocked bodies from under the rubble.

Members of the URCS team provided the victims with blankets and humanitarian aid kits. Rescuers and local residents were able to get hot drinks and charge their mobile phones.

According to the State Emergency Service, one person died and five were injured as a result of the shelling of Mykolaiv.

Volunteers from the Ukrainian Red Cross Society rapid response unit in Ternopil region worked at the site of the attack on an industrial facility in Ternopil. They were on duty at the scene of the emergency in case of need for first aid and provided rescuers with water.

Two crews from the Ukrainian Red Cross Society rapid response unit in Kharkiv region worked at the site of the attack in Kharkiv. The volunteers went around the damaged buildings and surrounding areas, provided first aid and psychological assistance to the victims, and transported a wounded child and his mother to the hospital.

According to Kharkiv regional military administration, two people were injured as a result of the attack by enemy drones.
