Six people injured in strike on Sumy region, incl three children – police
As a result of strikes by Russian drones in Sumy region, three people have died, including a child, six people have been injured, including three children, and about 30 houses have been damaged, the National Police of Sumy region report.
"Three civilians died as a result of the enemy attack. Among them is an 8-year-old boy who was pulled out from under the rubble of a destroyed house. A woman and a man from different families also died. Six more people, including three children, were injured to varying degrees of severity. All the victims have been hospitalized and are receiving necessary assistance," the report said.
Law enforcement officers added that about 30 residential buildings and four cars were damaged as a result of the attack.
Around midnight, Russian troops carried out a massive attack with strike UAVs on one of the villages of the Verkhnia Syrovatka community of Sumy region.
