Russia attacks Ukraine with 103 strike drones, 4 missiles - Zelenskyy

On Thursday night, the Russian Federation attacked Ukrainian regions with 103 strike drones and four missiles, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said.

"There were 103 strike drones in total, most of them Shahed UAVs, and four missiles. And every night Russia chooses cities and communities to target. Unfortunately, three people died in the Kharkiv region. My condolences to all relatives and friends. More than ten people were injured, including a nine-year-old child in Cherkasy," Zelenskyy wrote on his Telegram channel on Thursday.

According to him, the Russians hit residential buildings and Pryvoz market in Odesa, high-rise buildings in Cherkasy, energy infrastructure in the Kharkiv region, a university gym in Zaporizhia, and the Donetsk, Sumy and Mykolaiv regions.

The President stressed that at yesterday's negotiations in Istanbul, the Ukrainian side once again voiced a proposal to the Russian side for an immediate and complete ceasefire, in response, Russian drones are hitting Ukrainian residential buildings.

"Russia does not stop terror, blocks diplomacy, and that is why it deserves full-scale sanctions responses and our strikes on its logistics, on its military bases, on its military production. We will do everything to make diplomacy work. But it is Russia that must stop this war, which it itself started," he said.
