Sybiha and Kallas coordinate next diplomatic steps toward peace

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha said he had a "very meaningful telephone conversation" with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Kaja Kallas regarding the next steps for peace and the development of good-neighborly relations in Central and Eastern Europe.
“I also informed about the recent developments and our efforts on the path to a just, lasting, and comprehensive peace, in particular talks with the US and European allies. We agreed that a real peace can and must be reached through strength. We have coordinated our next diplomatic steps,” he said on X.
Sybiha emphasized to the EU High Representative that Ukraine believes in good neighborly relations in Central and Eastern Europe through the development of regional formats and makes significant investments in this. According to the minister, this is important for the unity of the whole of Europe.

We decided to initiate a joint meeting of these two successful formats to enhance our synergy and underline that the security of Black Sea and Baltic regions is indivisible,” the minister said.
