Sumy State University damaged in enemy attack on Sunday
Due to a combined enemy strike on the city of Sumy on Sunday evening, the building of Sumy State University was destroyed, Sumy City Military Administration head Serhiy Kryvosheyenko has said.
"Sumy State University after ballistic and drone strikes. The building was destroyed, significant damage to buildings, hundreds of windows were broken," he wrote in a telegram on Monday, adding a photo of the damaged buildings of the university to the post.
According to the head of the him, the consequences of the attack are currently being eliminated, all relevant services are involved.
Earlier, it was reported that the educational institution was damaged, without specifying the state university.
