Fourteen people were injured in a massive attack on Okhtyrka (Sumy region) by Russian occupiers on Wednesday night, three of them children.
"Some 14 people sought medical help, including a family with three children - a 5-month-old, 4-year-old and 6-year-old boy. At least 13 houses were damaged or destroyed," the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office's Facebook page reported.
As reported in the Telegram channel of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, emergency workers rescued a woman from under the rubble, who was handed over to ambulance doctors.
"The hit was recorded at several locations at once. Private households, non-residential buildings and citizens' cars were damaged. Fires broke out. Rescuers eliminated all sources of combustion," the message says.
According to the investigation, the occupiers attacked the private sector of Okhtyrka with 15 drones from 00:05 to 00:18 on August 20. A pre-trial investigation is underway into the fact of committing war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
