Russian strikes kill 1, wound 9 in Sumy
Over the past 24 hours, one person has died and nine others have been injured in Russian attacks in the Sumy region, Sumy Regional Military Administration head Oleh Hryhorov has said on Telegram.
According to him, "At night, a person was killed and two others were injured as a result of a drone attack on a civilian car in the Novoslobodsk community.
They are being provided with assistance and evacuated to a safe place."
Also, according to Hryhorov, Russian drones attacked the residential sector of the Sumy community, damaging dozens of private and apartment buildings, as well as other civilian infrastructure.
"Seven more victims are residents of the Sumy community: five from the Pishchansky district and two residents of the regional center. Most received assistance on the spot, three are in the hospital. Their condition is not serious, doctors are conducting an examination and providing the necessary assistance," the message states.
