On Wednesday at around 9:20 a.m. in Kupyansk (Kharkiv region) a Russian first-person view (FPV) drone hit a civilian car.
"As a result of the attack, a 69-year-old man and his 63-year-old wife were injured and traumatized," the press service of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office has reported.
A pre-trial investigation into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched.
