Russia deliberately strikes residential buildings with precision weapons – Zelenskyy advisor
Russia is deliberately striking residential buildings with precision weapons, Vladyslav Vlasiuk, advisor and representative of the President of Ukraine on sanctions policy, said on Thursday morning.
"Two 9M727 Iskander-K cruise missiles at a house on Zhylyanska Street, ballistic 9M723 Iskander-M (possibly Kinzhal) - at a house on Boryspilska Street. This is a weapon that is accurate enough to rule out a miss. These are deliberate strikes on residential buildings. This is terrorism," he said on his Facebook page.
Vlasiuk noted that the remains of the missiles are currently being studied, the results will be provided to EU partners.
"We are studying the remains of the missiles, there are clear markings. We will remind our partners about the insufficiency of sanctions restrictions… Limiting the Russian military-industrial complex is necessary for the security of the whole world," he added.
