Zelenskyy takes part in opening of 80th UN General Assembly
Ukraine will do everything to strengthen its diplomatic positions and army, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who took part in the opening of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly.
"Ukraine's voice here will sound especially strong these days – for the return of our children, security guarantees and increased pressure on Russia. We will do everything to make our diplomatic positions, our army, and support for our people even stronger," Zelenskyy said in his Telegram channel on Tuesday.
The president stressed the importance of all meetings scheduled on the sidelines of the Assembly yielding results.
"The most important thing is to act together, in unity with all partners. I am grateful to everyone who is already with Ukraine and is ready to work further for peace," he added.
