HACC closes case of ex-minister Pyvovarsky due to the statute of limitations
The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) has decided to close the case of former Minister of Infrastructure Andriy Pyvovarsky due to the statute of limitations, the former minister himself announced.
"Friends, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court has just closed my case due to the statute of limitations. The arrests on my property have been lifted. I will come to my senses and write more details," he wrote on Facebook on Wednesday.
