Not all pro-Ukrainian countries have joined the Priority Requirements List (PURL) program, which provides for the purchase of American weapons for Ukraine at the expense of allies, but others have begun to pay for supplies under the program for the second time, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said, and announced plans to discuss this with other countries this week.

"And to be frank: not all countries, even those that are very pro-Ukrainian in their rhetoric and in public, have now joined the PURL program. That is why there are such strong friends who have started paying for supplies under this program for the second time," Zelenskyy said during a meeting with journalists on Sunday.

"And that is why the program is working today. I also need to meet with some other countries and discuss this in particular. I will take the opportunity, I think, this week," the president added.
