Costa to Zelenskyy: a unified and coordinated EU position is key to a successful outcome of peace talks for Ukraine and Europe
European Council President Antonio Costa has discussed the situation regarding peace efforts with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy ahead of an informal meeting of EU leaders.
"I spoke with Volodymyr Zelenskyy ahead of today’s informal meeting of EU leaders on peace efforts in Ukraine to get his assessment of the situation," Costa said on X.
He said that "a unified and coordinated EU position is key to ensuring a successful outcome of the peace talks - both for Ukraine and for Europe."
