Zelenskyy replaces his ambassador to Serbia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed the current ambassador to Serbia, Volodymyr Tolkach, and appointed Oleksandr Lytvynenko as the new ambassador.

Corresponding decrees No. 865 and No. 866 are posted on the presidential website.
