Intergal-Bud has announced the opening of the Lukyanovsky Cascade business-class residential complex in Kyiv.

The release clarified that on December 19, 2025, the State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine issued an official certificate, series ІY123251208472, confirming the completion of construction and readiness for operation of the residential complex located in Shevchenkivsky district of Kyiv at 4 Polovetska Street.

The building consists of three sections with 15, 16, and 22 floors and contains 259 apartments. Its floor area is 29,100 square meters, with a total apartment area of ​​20,900 square meters.

The construction company Intergal-Bud has been operating in the residential real estate market since 2003. Its portfolio includes 107 residential projects. In 2024, the company built and commissioned nearly 358,500 square meters of real estate, equivalent to 3,800 apartments in 20 buildings.
