President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy heard a report by head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, Oleh Ivaschenko, on the deployment of Oreshnik complexes on the territory of Belarus and on increasing Russia’s ties with those entities in China that can provide space intelligence data.

According to the president, intelligence has obtained more details regarding the placement of Oreshnik on the territory of Belarus. "Intelligence has obtained additional details on this, and it is important that our partners are also aware of them and take them into account in their defensive measures. We believe that the aggressive proliferation of such weapons poses a global threat and creates a dangerous precedent," Zelenskyy wrote on Telegram on Wednesday.

The President instructed to prepare, together with partners, options for responses.

Ivaschenko also reported on the state of Russian military production, cooperation with companies and entities from other countries.

"In particular, we are recording increased ties between Russia and entities in China that may be providing space-based intelligence data. Unfortunately, there have been correlations between Chinese satellite imaging of Ukrainian territory and Russian strikes on the corresponding energy infrastructure facilities," the president said.

According to him, Ukraine views such cases as activities that allow Russia to drag out the war and make approaches to diplomacy less serious.

Zelenskyy announced communication with partners on this matter.
