Zelensky appoints Kyslytsia as First Deputy Head of the President's Office
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed Serhiy Kyslytsia as First Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine by decree.
The corresponding document No. 14/2026 was published on the website of the President of Ukraine on Monday, January 5.
As reported earlier that day, Zelenskyy, after meeting with Kyslytsia, announced that he would be appointed First Deputy Head of the Office. Kyslytsia previously worked as First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
The President noted that Kyslytsia will be engaged in diplomatic work in the Office of the President, namely, ensuring communication with partners at the highest level, developing bilateral work, and synchronizing with the Foreign Ministry system.
