Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held an energy conference call on Tuesday. As of this morning, 926 homes in Kyiv’s left-bank district remain without heat supply. Reserves from across Ukraine have been deployed to assist the capital.

“We also separately reviewed the situation in Kyiv. As of this morning, 926 buildings in several districts on the left bank of the capital are still without heating. The Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Internal Affairs are deploying additional generators. Reserves from across Ukraine have been deployed to support the capital,” Zelenskyy said on X.

In addition, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Air Force Command, and regional authorities are analyzing the circumstances of the strike on Odesa – there were 52 Russian drones in total, and a significant number were aimed at the central part of Odesa near the Pryvoz market.

“Most of the drones were intercepted, but unfortunately there were also hits in the city and the region. A rescue operation is currently underway, rubble is being cleared, and all necessary forces are engaged,” the head of state added.

There were reports on the situation in Kharkiv and the region following shelling by Russian MLRS.

“A power facility was hit, causing significant damage. Restoration work is ongoing. I thank all the specialists involved from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Ukrenergo, and Kharkivoblenergo,” the President noted.
