Ukraine may receive first tranche from EU under EUR 90 bln loan in early April β Dombrovskis
Ukraine may receive the first tranche of the EUR 90 billion loan package from the EU in early April, European Commissioner for Economic Affairs Valdis Dombrovskis said on the X platform after talks with Ukrainian Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko and Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov on Thursday.
"Productive discussion with Serhiy Marchenko and Mykhailo Fedorov on the preparation of Ukraine support loan. We’re working toward approval of a EUR 90bn package for 2026–27, aiming for the first πͺπΊ disbursement in early April," Dombrovskis said on the X platform.
