Ukraine registers 13,624 new COVID-19 cases in past 24 hours
Ukraine has registered 13,624 new cases of COVID-19, as well as 4,591 recoveries, 202 deaths, and 34,897 vaccinations in the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Health Ministry's press service said on Friday.
"Over the past day, October 14, 2021, coronavirus vaccine was administered on 34,897 people, including 19,703 who received their first shot and 15,194 who completed their vaccination. There were 13,624 new cases of COVID-19, including 1,177 children and 170 medical workers. In the past 24 hours, 4,633 persons were hospitalized, 202 died, and 4,591 recovered," the ministry said on Telegram.
Since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, Ukraine has seen a total of 2,610,899 coronavirus infections, including 2,316,058 recoveries and 60,137 deaths.
To date, 7,794,189 people have been vaccinated in Ukraine.
