The Russian army is launching a missile attack on the city of Vasylkiv near Kyiv, Mayor of the city Natalia Balasynovych said.

"Vasylkiv is being fired upon with rockets! All the residents are in shelter! Do not come out until the morning!" Balasynovych said on Facebook.
