The Armed Forces of Ukraine have launched a counteroffensive in some areas of Kharkiv region, Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synehubov has said.

"To date, we can confidently say that Mala Rohan is completely under the control of our troops and 'cleansed' from the invaders. The liquidation of the remnants of Russian troops in Vilkhivka continues. We are pushing the invaders to the borders with the Russian Federation," Synehubov wrote on his Telegram channel.

He also said that on March 27, the Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated the settlement in the direction of Izium.

At the same time, Synehubov noted that the enemy continues to commit war crimes. In particular, in the village of Oskil, a Russian missile hit a residential building, which killed a family of four people, and a four-year-old child was seriously injured.

"We will not forgive a single destroyed family, we will not forget a single murdered Ukrainian. What the Russians are doing in Kharkiv region and Ukraine is nothing but terrorism. And they will be responsible for everything like terrorists!" Synehubov stressed.
